Due to the nature of our services and community-focused initiatives, the Business Improvement Area (BIA) has specific guidelines regarding returns and exchanges. These guidelines apply to purchases made at BIA events, or through BIA-affiliated businesses and activities.

1. Event Tickets

  • Refunds: Refunds for BIA-hosted events may be issued up to 7 days before the event date. After that, tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled or rescheduled.
  • Exchanges: Tickets for BIA events may be exchanged for a different event within the same calendar year, subject to availability. A processing fee may apply.

2. BIA Merchandise

  • Eligibility: Merchandise purchased at BIA-sponsored events or locations (such as branded items, gift certificates, etc.) can be returned within 14 days of purchase if they are unused, unopened, and in original condition.
  • Refunds/Exchanges: If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may return it for a full refund or exchange it for an identical product. Otherwise, exchanges or store credit may be offered for items returned in unused condition.

3. Vendor Services or Purchases

  • BIA supports local businesses within our district, but the BIA itself is not responsible for individual business return policies. Returns or exchanges for services or products purchased directly from a BIA member business should follow the individual business’s policy. We encourage you to contact the respective vendor for any issues with their products or services.

Refunds and Process

  • Refunds for BIA events and merchandise will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original form of payment.
  • Please ensure you retain your receipt or proof of purchase for any return or refund requests.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized products may not be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.
  • Event Tickets: After the event date has passed or if the event occurs as scheduled, tickets are non-refundable, except in cases of cancellation or rescheduling by the BIA.
